The Ionbond Medthin™ line of Medical Grade Coatings meets the strict guidelines and performance requirements of the medical device industry. Quality and consistency are assured through compliance with established industry regulations that include certified biocompatibility according to ISO 10993-1 and certification to ISO 13485. Ionbond employs IQ, OQ, PQ process validated systems and Medthin™ coatings have US FDA Master Files for Medical Devices (MAF).

NADCAP Approved Aerospace and Defence Coatings:

Ionbond have been engaged in coatings for the Aerospace industry for over 15 years. Ionbond has a global presence with aerospace competence centres in strategic locations ready to work in partnership with Aerospace and Defence OEMs and their suppliers to provide cost effective solutions to the most critical challenges facing the industry. Current applications include; engine, airframe & landing gear components, bearings, gears & actuators, seals, hydraulics & fasteners, decorative Cabin furniture and cutting tool coatings for modern aerospace materials.
