ICC Legal Services (UK) Ltd. is part of Industrial Credit Consultants formed around 40 years ago, currently providing expertise in arbitration, account collection and litigation for the commercial sector and parking charges for both the public and private sector.

On the basis of extensive knowledge & experience within the management team, we have developed a bespoke secure system with capacity to process considerable volumes of collection accounts.

Third party collection is now established as an essential part of credit control procedures however effective a company’s own methods may be. Our service provides a natural & logical extension to our client’s credit control department, when each month they reach the end of their own internal collection cycle.

All collection activities are on the strict basis of ‘no collection no fee’ with secure access our system providing ’live’ 24 hour on screen information allowing clients to view the current status of all matters being processed and of course values recovered.

ICC currently holds licences for Consumer Credit and Data Protection.
