GDS was established in 2007 as a Limited Company operating predominantly in the insurance sector and has evolved to become a high quality professional consultancy of Chartered Building Surveyors and Property Consultants with offices located in Kent and Sussex.

GDS operates throughout the South East and in London and has extensive experience of most property sectors and building types from urban multi storey housing to historic building repair, maintenance and preservation.
