Most organisations and individuals do not realise just how many documents thrown away can be used by criminals or rival businesses.

We collect refuse from domestic properties on the same day once a week. Collections happen every day, Monday to Friday, except Christmas Day and Boxing Day in which case collections will take place the following week. Every six months we give each house a roll of 26 refuse sacks, free of charge. Tower blocks and other multi-occupied homes might be provided with large containers instead of refuse sacks. We empty these at least once a week, more frequently if necessary.
