About Nepak Ltd

Nepak Ltd supplies a range of high quality closure and component solutions to the general line metal packaging producers in the UK and abroad. Their uses cover food, automotive, wire and chemical industries.

The original company was formed in Hull in 1919 by Charles Parsons as a manufacturer of metal fastenings and became known as Parsons Bros.

In the mid-forties, the company was purchased by the Robinson family, whose main interest concentrated on metal closures and containers. This interest was continued when the Van Leer Group took over in 1979 until 1993 when the company was purchased by Bericap UK Ltd.

Nepak Ltd purchased the company from Bericap UK Ltd in 2016, it’s new owner having worked in the packaging industry for over 40 years. The company has vast experience of the products and their market.

Nepak Ltd moved to their new, 2000m2 premises on Copenhagen Road in Hull and continues to develop and expand its range of closures and components to suit a variety of applications including metal and glass.

Nepak Ltd continues with the reputation for providing a total service that includes a standard range, product development of new and innovative closures, and research, development and prototype testing for its customers.
