Erodex (UK) Limited has for many years, due to the unsurpassed quality of its graphites and the excellence of its "state-of-the-art" machine shop, been at the forefront of the EDM industry.

Products of the highest quality allied to first class service - this is the Erodex policy, just as it was at the company's launch in 1974. Constant vigilance is required to ensure that this policy endures. We believe that the best customer service can only be provided when a dedication to staff training is a priority. Since 1974 Erodex has been the sole official stockist and distributor of Poco Graphite Inc and Toyo Tanso Limited.

At Erodex our machine shop will pursue excellence at all times in order to complement the unequalled quality of Erodex materials. The combination of these two factors has placed Erodex in the vanguard of a number of industries.

EDM raw material sales and a finished electrode manufacturing service; metallurgical applications such as con-cast dies and sintering tools; semi-conductor tooling in both purified graphites and silicon carbide; a first class carbon brush manufacturing service; a complete "mechanical" carbon service for bearings, seals, vanes and other products and vacuum furnace carbon fibre insulation and furniture, all these are part of the Erodex product range.

For over thirty years BWP has been providing a fast, first-class design service to industry and the aerospace sector. Now, as part of the Erodex group we can offer a full project management, procurement, build and certificate service to make BWP a one-stop-shop for all of your design, tooling and EDM electrode needs. All aspects of any project are simultaneously designed by one team to provide a streamlined process, optimum technical solutions and shorter project lead-times.
