Precision Engineering Capabilities

Parker Precision offers a precision engineering service that ensures both quality and versatility when delivering on varying customer requirements. A partnership with Parker Precision promises a wealth of engineering knowledge and experience, combined with an ambition to provide a forward thinking solution whenever necessary, in order to produce the best possible result for the customer. We are AS 9100 Issue C accredited.

Volumes & Materials

Volume capabilities range from prototypes to small batch production up-to 2000-off depending upon design, ability to manufacture and supply to customer defined schedules.

Parker Precision manufacture precision components from 1mmØ to 200mmØ (15 kilo’s maximum) using materials including;

- Aerospace Alloys

- Engineering Plastics

- Titaniums

- Beryllium Copper

- Other exotic materials

Processes

Manufacturing processes include CNC Multi-Axis Milling, CNC Multi-Tasking Turning, CNC Sliding Head Capability up to 38mmØ

The workshop facility also includes a designated de-burring cell with both ultrasonic & aqueous cleaning machines, as well as a state of the art inspection facility and MRP based production management & control.

Management & outsourcing of special processes

Utilising a trusted aerospace approved supply chain Parker Precision can also offer a single source solution which includes Heat Treatment, Surface Treatments, EDM & Spark Erosion, and Welded Assemblies.

Parker Precision continues to heavily invest year on year in the latest CNC & Inspection technology in order to aid continual improvement philosophies and to, in-turn, pass these benefits onto the customers.
