Label/Name plate manufacturing and printing

We produce bespoke nameplates, rating plates, data plates, VIN plates and signs and labels, using a multitude of different materials and methods to suit your requirements.  Materials and techniques include anodised aluminum nameplates, etched stainless steel and brass labels and nameplates. Many of these we produce for the aerospace industry.

We also print and manufacture a wide range of decals and self adhesive labels.

Sequential Part Marking and Barcoding

We have facilities for sequential part marking and barcoding, such as dot peening of data matrices, using Cognex Dataman reader devices as part of our marking process.

Chemical Processing

Rudd Macnamara has extensive facilities for etching, chemical etching of aluminium, brass and stainless steel and sulphuric acid anodising of aluminium.
