Adrian Salt And Pang Limited (ASAP) is an independent development planning consultancy which provides specialist planning services for UK and overseas clients. Established in 1997, ASAP is a limited UK company (Reg. No. 3380613), registered with the Royal Town Planning Institute, and with full professional indemnity and employees' insurance cover.

TRACK RECORD

Our experience includes working on projects in the UK and abroad (in 13 countries) for a broad client-base. ASAP has succeeded in finding solutions to complex urban development problems for governments and public authorities. We have negotiated successfully with planning authorities and other regulatory bodies on behalf of corporate clients and landowners to achieve optimum development schemes, including planning and legal agreements.

ASAP works to satisfy the Client's development objectives, balancing viability with operational/user requirements, to achieve the optimum solution/planning consents, in the shortest time scale possible.

ASAP also acts as project coordinator for planning projects, briefing supporting consultants (e.g. traffic engineers, arboriculturists, ecologists, archaeologists, sustainability consultants, sunlight/daylight consultants, surveyors and legal advisors etc.) In this role, ASAP serves as the interface between the Client and the planning authority. Finding solutions to development problems often requires ASAP to design buildings/structures in order to satisfy the local planning authority's requirements.

Project development feasibilities: phasing, planning and development feasiblity assessments for investment or development funding, short/medium/long term development assessments, planning risk analysis, and cost-benefit analysis.

Consultations: consultations with government authorities, consultations with interest groups, consultations with non-governmental organisations (NGOs), and public exhibitions and surveys.
