About Lojo Training & Development

Lojo Training and Development is an independent provider of training and consultancy services to a broad and diverse client base. Possessing a wealth of experience and covering an extensive portfolio of training and development requirements including leadership and management, team development, people skills, business skills, customer service, training trainers as well as assessment and internal verification services. Lojo Training have experience with many clients from a variety of different sectors, including Manufacturing, Retail, Hospitality and Leisure, Insurance, Voluntary and Land based demonstrating an ability to “tailor” courses to individual client requirements.

The majority of work is through the design and delivery of bespoke programmes delivered following consultation. Consultation is about asking and not telling, therefore the entire approach is based on listening to clients to gain a clear understanding of:

- The issues and perceptions of the current situation

- Future objectives and challenges

- Barriers or parameters

A proposal is developed to confirm and agree the training intervention required enabling a clear understanding at the outset so that the training has clear purpose and can be evaluated effectively. Certificates are provided and accreditation maybe sought where relevant.
